Tropical Storm Oscar remains centered over eastern Cuba, however it is expected to soon turn northeast. Impacts (heavy rain, coastal surf, and gusty winds) are expected for eastern Cuba, Haiti, and the southeastern Bahamas over the next day or so, coming to an end sooner for eastern Cuba and later elsewhere.
